| Position Description: | The Department of Health, Sport, and Human Physiology (HSHP) is seeking an instructor with a focus on Anatomy laboratory courses. This is a full-time, non-tenure track appointment for one academic year beginning in August 2026 and is renewable. Duties of this position include teaching a variety of introductory and advanced human anatomy laboratory courses within the Health and Human Physiology curriculum. The primary focus is on anatomy labs HHP: 2110, HHP:3115, and HHP:4110. The instructor will teach several sections of laboratory courses, hold office hours, attend/ lead lab meetings, grade student assignments, and professionally communicate with students and the instructional team. The instructor will work closely with the course supervisor and support staff to efficiently teach HSHP teaching labs. The hours of this position are based upon the times of assigned lab sections, scheduled office hours, and other lab meetings. Therefore, this position does not hold traditional hours in a given week.
