| Position Description: | The Department of Surgery at The University of Iowa Roy J. and Lucille A. Carver College of Medicine is seeking an outstanding academic leader to serve as Vice Chair for Research. The primary goal of this position is to expand and strengthen the Department’s research portfolio. Appointment rank may be at the Associate Professor or Professor level, on either the tenure or research track, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The Vice Chair for Research will:
