Position Description: | The Division of Nephrology in the Department of Internal Medicine University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine is seeking a part-time clinical track faculty member with a clinical focus in general nephrology and dialysis. The successful candidate will participate in the patient care and teaching missions of UI Healthcare. Clinical research and scholarship activities are encouraged but not essential. Rank will be commensurate with academic records and experience. Compensation includes University-approved base salary and generous productivity-based bonus. Successful candidates will be required to self-disclose any misconduct history or pending research misconduct investigation including but not limited to sexual misconduct in prior employment and provide a related release and will be subject to a criminal background and credential check.

Education Requirement: | Candidates must have an MD degree or equivalent. |
Required Qualifications: | Candidates must have completed a Nephrology Fellowship from an accredited fellowship program. Also required is some advance training in nephrology and authorization to work in the United States. |
Certifications: | Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine and Nephrology are required. |
