Position Description:

The University of Iowa Department of Dermatology is seeking to hire a medical dermatologist/hospitalist. We are accepting applications for a faculty position at the rank of associate, assistant professor, associate professor or professor (clinical, tenure track or non-tenure track).

The successful candidate will join the University of Iowa Department of Dermatology in providing clinical care, education and research. Office space near the clinic, start up support and laboratory space (if applicable) will all be provided as well as a salary structured with a base salary and incentive program. Research support and opportunities are available. A comprehensive benefit plan is also provided.

Education Requirement:

MD, or MD/ PhD

Required Qualifications:

Must have completed a residency program in dermatology.


Board certified or board eligible in dermatology.

Desirable Qualifications:

Prior experience in teaching, research or clinical care is desirable.
