The University of Iowa, Department of Internal Medicine Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism is seeking faculty members for positions at the rank of Associate (non-track), or Assistant and Associate Professor on the either the clinical or tenure track. Duties will include inpatient consults at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics (UIHC) and outpatient clinics at Iowa River Landing (IRL). Salary is based on the applicant’s qualifications and responsibilities.
M.D. degree or equivalent
Prior experience in clinical endocrinology and diabetes.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US.
Qualified applicants must demonstrate outstanding abilities and skills in teaching and clinical medicine.
Board Certification in both Internal Medicine and Endocrinology
Experience and interest in clinical research is desirable.
