This research project will investigate novel gene expression pathways in the brain of mice with congenital chronic kidney disease. Raw and de-identified data from Xenium spatial transcriptomic analysis will be used to investigate changes in gene expression.

The student will

1) contribute meaningfully to a working lab environment 

2) utilize computer coding programs to investigate changes in gene expression.
