| Details | The laboratory of Dr. Maria Spies is seeking a full-time Post-Baccalaureate Research Intern to join the research group that applies tools of single-molecule biochemistry and structural biology to study fundamental molecular mechanisms underlying DNA replication, recombination and repair, as well as dysregulation of these mechanisms in cancer and repeat expansion diseases. The Research Intern will support lab operations and perform experiments under general and direct supervision. This position offers the opportunity to develop proficiency with advanced biochemical and biophysical techniques related to the structural and functional analysis of protein-nucleic acid interactions.
