Performs general cooking, food preparation and plating meals using standardized recipes and procedure. Cleans and sanitizes the A la Carte cooking area. Checks food against predetermined quality prior to service and records quality control information.

Variable hours, 5am-9pm. including nights, weekends, and holidays.
