In this position you will create sample requisition forms for obtaining discarded biological samples. You will collect biological samples and abstract data from medical records of consented subjects. You will also assist with the consenting of subjects. 

$20/hour. Position will end mid August. 

Background check is required. 

Qualification Requirements: 

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
