APPLICANT CREDENTIALS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION
Background checks(criminal history, child/dependent adult sexual abuse) will be conducted on final candidates for all positions in UI Hospitals and Clinics. Background checks may also be conducted for other positions.

Contract Transfer applications for permanent UI staff covered by the current collective bargaining agreement may be completed at Room 102-21, University Services Building, Monday through Friday between 8 AM-5 PM. Application for a specific position must be made before the end of the five day posting period.
