|Desired Qualifications:||Desired qualifications include: -Three or more years in electrical, plumbing or other trade work -Proven customer service experience -Ability to communicate appropriately and effectively in a diverse environment -Working experience performing service or maintenance in a dorm, hospital or school environment.|
|Duties:||Performs skilled and semi-skilled work in the repair, servicing and maintenance of buildings and electrical, mechanical, plumbing and air conditioning equipment.|
MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must possess a basic knowledge of plumbing, electricity, maintenance of steam and mechanical equipment; and
2. Must have four years of work experience in the listed crafts, including apprenticeship or technical training. At least two years of that experience must be in the same craft.
