Position Description:

The Department of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation is recruiting a faculty member with teaching, research, and service responsibilities in the Spine Surgery Clinic. Appointment is at the rank of Assistant Professor and may be in either the clinical track or tenure track dependent upon the qualifications and goals of the individual.

Education Requirement:

The candidate must be a graduate of an approved medical college. The candidate must have graduated from a fully accredited orthopaedic residency.

Required Qualifications:

Effective interpersonal and communications skills


The candidate must be a Board-certified or Board-eligible orthopaedic surgeon.

Desirable Qualifications:

Completion of a fellowship in Spine

A commitment to ongoing performance improvement
