Position Description:

The University of Iowa, Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care Medicine, and Occupational Medicine in the Department of Internal Medicine is recruiting for BC/BE  pulmonologists and/or intensivists. These positions will be at the rank of Clinical Assistant Professor or higher commensurate with experience and qualifications. Clinical duties include the inpatient service at the University Hospital and VA Hospital and regular outpatient clinics. Responsibilities may vary based on the experience and interests of the successful candidates. The Division enjoys a strong national reputation of excellence in research, patient care, and teaching. Successful candidates will receive a salary commensurate with the individual’s training and experience and will be offered protected time and a start up package tailored to meet the needs of the recruited faculty.

Education Requirement:

M.D degree or equivalent

Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated outstanding abilities and skills in teaching and clinical medicine.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
