Prepare periodic analysis and reporting at management request.  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Perform cash management functions, including review and verification of daily bank balances, calculation of funds available for investment and recommendation of bank transfers.  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Maintain documentation of authorized signers on University bank and investment accounts, including documentation of individual access to all banking products.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Document departmental procedures and guidelines for scanning and retention of investment and banking documents.  Supervise implementation and ongoing maintenance of records.  Ensure appropriate security of sensitive and confidential information.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Review and audit of general ledger accounts for accuracy and compliance with departmental budget.
